Do you offer white-glove delivery services?
Yes, we offer premium white-glove delivery for an additional fee. This service includes bringing the item into your room of choice, full assembly, and the removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unassembled. Please note that custom-made upholstery and final sale items are not eligible for return.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also view your order status at any time by logging into your Americo account dashboard.
